It is our mission to find uncomplicated solutions to your non-medical concerns while your child is an inpatient.
Our services
As parents of patients with supplementary health insurance, you will be looked after personally by our Guest Relations team:
Before hospitalisation
One day before admittance, we will phone to give you your exact admission time and answer any question you may have.
If your admission occurs on a Monday or after a public holiday, we will call you on the previous working day.
On the day of admission
Priority admission: We will meet you at reception, help you with the admission formalities and accompany you and your child to the ward.
We take care of your concerns
During your inpatient stay, we are at your disposal from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm.
We will be happy to help you organize accommodation near the hospital. If you wish, we can reserve a quiet place for you to work.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to organize something special for your child or if you have any other problems.
We will continue to be there for you after your child's stay.
